Can my order be delivered?
We deliver small items anywhere in New Zealand. Your order will be packed with care and sent straight to your door. You’ll get an email with tracking details as soon as it’s on its way. Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days.
Can I arrange to pick up my order?
Absolutely you can. We have 3 locations where you can arrange to collect your order.
- Kingsland, Auckland
- Waerenga, Te Kauwhata
- Frankton, Hamilton
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll share the details for your chosen pick-up spot.
Please note: Pick-up is by arrangement, we'll work with you to arrange a convenient time and location that suits.
Pick-up times:
Kingsland - weekends only
Frankton & Waerenga - week days only
How easy is it to assemble items?
Putting the items together is a breeze with our easy-to-follow instructions. We’ve included clear images to guide you through each step, so you’ll have it sorted in no time.
Do I need to have my own tools for items that need to be assembled?
To ensure that the nuts and bolts are tight, the only tool required is a wrench. Otherwise, no other tools are needed.
