Delivery & Pick-Up
Getting your purchases home should be the easy part. Whether you're ordering a few small essentials or planning a major project with bulky items, we've designed our delivery and pick-up options to work around your schedule and location. From doorstep delivery across New Zealand to convenient pick-up points for larger items, we'll make sure your goods get to you in the way that works best.
Nationwide Delivery Available
We offer delivery across New Zealand on a wide range of our products. Smaller items such as bathroom accessories, planter bags, weed mats, and other compact goods are couriered using NZ Post.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Pick-Up for Larger Items
Larger or bulky items—such as sofas and shelving—are generally pick-up only due to their size and weight.
We currently offer pick-up from three locations:
Pick-up is by arrangement, we'll work with you to arrange a convenient time and location that suits.
Freight Options for Bulk Orders
While pick-up is recommended for smaller or one-off purchases of bulky items, freight can be a more economical option for bulk orders. If you're ordering multiple large items, we can help arrange delivery via Mainfreight or another freight provider.
We recommend getting in touch with us for a shipping quote before placing your order to see if freight is suitable for your situation.
Combined Orders (Small + Large Items)
If your order includes both small courierable items and large pick-up-only items, you have the option to:

Ship the smaller items separately via courier (standard charges apply), or

Pick up the entire order together from one of our locations.
Dispatch and Timeframes
We aim to dispatch couriered items within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes can vary depending on your location and courier demand, but we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
